I had an issue with my original Geopress which Grayl helped me troubleshoot. Unfortunately, I was not able to get the problem resolved, so Grayl sent me a free replacement which works wonderfully.

I have an old bottle
I have an old bottle that isn't listed on the website. It needed a new filter cartridge. Got a fast response on what current cartridge should be compatible and later help with getting a discount when I couldn't figure out the website. things couldn't have worked out better.
