Website very easy to navigate. Ordering was simple and delivery was fairly prompt. Assembly was challenging at times but if you take your time it is doable.

This is my first purchase from Force USA and the product is top notch. After minor adjustments to the pulleys they are smooth and enjoyable to use. The functional trainer came packaged very well in a crate so the only issue I saw was a few instances of minor paint chipping on a couple of parts. The packaging was incredibly well organized and easy to follow as each part is labeled according to the step in which it will be assembled. Assembly went smoothly as the parts aligned nicely and went to together with minimal issues. I do think the assembly instructions could be shown with more detail/clarity such as breaking them down into parts A, B etc. Overall I am glad I purchased the functional trainer and would do so again without hesitation.

Great!! These are awesome locking collars. Would have liked to see a brighter blue but this blue is also nice. Also like the magnetic back. A nice finishing touch
