Excellent customer service at Enlightened Equipment

In 2017 I bought a 20F Revelation quilt from EE. In May 2023, after washing the quilt to clean off the accumulated dirt from years of backpacking trips, I found a lot of clumping in the down, leaving the quilt pretty much unusable. I contacted EE to figure out how to fix the problem. Customer Service at EE was very responsive and very helpful: they explained how I could address the problem myself or send it to EE so they would fix it. I decided to try and fix my gear for myself, and EE was very helpful and supportive: my emailed questions were always answered promptly and in helpful and easily understandable detail. My quilt is now back in top condition, and I'm looking forward to my next hike with it.

good service

Took a bit to get through to EE (probably due to Covid under-staffing), but Brody was great. He had helpful info to help guide me to the right product and then accommodated a couple color and size changes. Awesome service!
