I didn’t know what to expect when I ordered, I had never heard of this company. I was looking for a gallon water bottle with little-to-no-plastic. This was the closest I could find, and it does a great job. The first one came in with a broken handle, I reached out to customer service and they replaced it no questions asked. Didn’t even have to deal with sending the broken one back, this company will get my loyalty just from that alone. Highly recommended, don’t hesitate!!

I have used one of these daily for 8 years that I got from a brewery, and it still works and looks as good as the day I got it. After trying a variety of other insulated cups for guests I finally decided to just spend the extra money on the best and get another DrinkTank. Not the cheapest, but it is as close to a Buy It For Life product as I have seen in this space.
