I received my kamas in a box that looked like it had been smashed on one side. The kamas themselves were intact, but you could notice chipping on the blades and dents in the wrapping around the handles. (Be aware that it is just wrapping around the wood. ) I thought I would have to go through a long return process, but I called Carolyn, one of Century's customer service members, and all she asked from me was a confirmation number and pictures of the kamas as evidence. She had NEW REPLACEMENTS shipped to me WITHOUT HAVING ME RETURN ANYTHING. Five stars alone for that service. But anyways, the kamas are great for xtreme martial arts. On the website they look like a metallic silver, but the wrap attracts light and reflects blue, purple, green, and orange. The first pair and the replacements function spectacularly and look amazing. Highly recommend.
