They have been great, very easy and simple to work with, we had to send 1 out of 6 back and the returning process was very smooth and quick. They were very helpful and great o work with!! Definitely recommend if you are thinking of purchasing with them

One of the 4 pods arrived could not be charged up. They sent me a replacement after remote diagnosis. But the replacement pod, although working well, could not be charged fully. It also would not hold charges as well as the other pods. They sent me yet another replacement pod, which worked. It seems that quality control has been an issue.
