Shipping was slow due to the shipper they lost track of the package for 5 days. Alien gear said they would send me another holster if I hadn't received my holster in two days. My holster showed up that afternoon the shipper found the package and put it on a truck for delivery that day. Alien gear said they were very sorry for the delay. It was not there fault. I will still be buying more Alien gear in the future there the best holster out there.
