I’m disappointed right now. I sent an email a few days ago about my purchase and how it broke and I haven’t heard anything back yet.

I have gotten an ale tankard from y'all before, and just absolutely LOVE it. So much so, that I HAD to get another, which came with a "surprise" mini ale horse shot glass, which I ALSO absolutely LOVE! Y'all's products are AMAZING and I undoubtedly WILL be ordering more at some point!

Love the quality of the alehorns

The ale horns I received are exquisite. Love doing business with Ale Horn. I have one concern. Two emails I received indicated there were attachments or links, one for a tracking number and one for a discount for custom engraving. I could find no such links within the email. Not sure what the issue is but it needs to be addressed. So when you say you would offered me a discount for future custom engraved horns, I could see no such link or attachment.

My experience here has been very good even with the small hiccup but it was corrected quickly and I am looking for to doing further business. I received two beautiful xl 20 inch polished drinking horns with stands and I look forward to getting more products from your store.
