Since I started wearing Airwaav to sleep, I feel refreshed waking up in the morning. Now, if you snore, it doesn't prevent you from snoring but it does help with normal, unlabored breathing.

I was using different snoring mouthpiece, they was very painful in the morning. Felt like they are shifting my teeth's forward. AIRWAAV is very comfortable, and complain from my wife also at night :)
