Love the rower, wish there were a few more classes that had rower and off rower combination like Edens 30 min fusion.

Doesn’t hold next to hydrow in screen quality as well as the engaging videos and classes

we've had to call in for support 3 times already, arm had to have replacement part sent to hold up monitor, firmware would not update, and then the screen stopped showing tension changes, so had to have internal part sent, and then my husband had to pull it apart to replace. honestly, with this much trouble, in 2 months, i probably would have returned if shipping weren't an issue. not feeling confidant about this as a long time purchase. i do like the machine itself, most workouts as well.

I am not happy with the customer service with a unit that was not built correctly and asked to correct myself. Also not happy with having two issues on a brand new piece of equipment. First, the handle bars were mounted upside down. CS asked me to fix myself. Second item was the mount for the screen did not hold the monitor, was sent a replacement part that had same issue. I used my own tool at home to tighten to properly hold screen. Third issue was with the finance bank, never received any notification from them prior to the first payment. I had to reach out to them. The machine is nice and works well after I fixed the items myself.

The workout and classes are good. The Rower software lacks a bit of personalization. I like to listen to my own music through wireless headphones while also hearing the instructors. We need the option to turn off or mute the music in the class to better hear the instructor. Also Bluetooth capability would be nice. A lot of people use wireless headphones. Lastly, you can't control Spotify through the app. It's just there to show you the songs on the instructors playlist. Let us pick our own songs through the full app.
