we've had to call in for support 3 times already, arm had to have replacement part sent to hold up monitor, firmware would not update, and then the screen stopped showing tension changes, so had to have internal part sent, and then my husband had to pull it apart to replace. honestly, with this much trouble, in 2 months, i probably would have returned if shipping weren't an issue. not feeling confidant about this as a long time purchase. i do like the machine itself, most workouts as well.
