Good Customer Service. Responsive and committed to supporting me through the process of purchasing the bike and assembling it. I brought it to a nearby bike shop to find tune the bike and my work putting it together. The instructions for putting the bike together were written by someone whose first language was not English. So difficult to understand at times. The bike is beautiful and I am looking forward to many years riding it on country roads.
