Bought a gently used 4 year old Specialized Epic EVO at a great price. It was super clean, beautifully packed and in great condition when it arrived at my door just a few days after I hit the “buy” button. I’ve put a hundred or so miles on it in the last few weeks and couldn’t be happier with the bike or the whole purchase process with TPC. Bought some new pedals from them in the mean time and equally happy with that purchase too.

Good working product

Great product - appeared almost as good as new. Works well, exactly as expected.

Great customer service. Upon receipt of tue bike, it did not shift well, turns out bent derailleur hanger. PC took my call, authorized me to go to my local shop to get it fixed, send them a bill and reimbursement was quick. Nobody wants to head straight to the bike shop with their new bike, but PC made it right.
