Exceptional service throughout. The guys at the Southampton branch went out of their way to make sure I could get the bike I wanted. An insurance process meant I needed to find a replacement.. they allowed me to hold a bike for a week, and pay with two cards, even setting up an online payment specially for me. Their communication was amazing, the bike setup was awesome, and on the day of collection the guys in the shop were really thorough in checking everything was in order. Even though their not local to me (40mins away), I will be returning for sure. Highly recommended.
