Overall we have found the Fastfield product to be very beneficial to our company. The features handle most of what we need and many things that we don’t yet. The support has been excellent. Just yesterday I ran into a time sensitive issue and Jenny Gomez got back to me very quickly with a solution to the issue. That was greatly appreciated! The one thing that has always been a problem for us is that you can’t update or recall a form once it has been “Started”. We use this primarily for dispatch and the information initially sent out very frequently needs to be updated after the form has been “Started”. This has been the only shortcoming we have found with this product.
