I am highly dissatisfied with your product, specifically the Idaho broker prep tests. I read, studied, reviewed and reached a readiness state of 100, yet failed the exam with a 67. I completed everything available in all sections, but the test was stunningly different in quality and character from the first question on to the last. This was extremely frustrating. Some of the questions were outdated and from other states. This is not acceptable. How is it that I can score 100% and high 90s on all sections, then fail with a 67 on the state exam. , Especially with the readiness status of 100. Therefore, I am requesting a refund in full. Thank you. PS. If you’re interested in seeing my practice test results and readiness score of 100, I’m willing to provide them.

Questions specific to my state were extremely helpful. I feel more confident and prepared to take the exam.
