Great service and very profressional

The process was easy. Because my friend was extending his portion of the trip, the representative said we needed separate trips policies. Luckily, everything worked out and we didn’t need to use them.

Had the unfortunate opportunity of putting this travel insurance to test when I unexpectedly fell severely ill while traveling. On day 3 of being hospitalized, I reached out to BHTP. They stepped in right away to make sure I had everything that I needed and made it a point to contact me every day to see how I was doing. Never experienced a medical crisis while traveling before but I was so grateful for having this protection when I needed it the most. All the reps were polite, respectful and kind.
