As this was my first time packaging up and submitting fleece samples for review, I was happy with the clarity of the instructions on how to package up and send samples off. The only portion that was complicated was printing out the label with the appropriate bar code. We couldn't figure out that part and not sure if we did do it correctly. But the samples were received and all results came back so all in all a positive experience. Jamie Klein
