I have used this service for years to send out notices in bulk (everyone gets the same notice). I recently had an opportunity to use their mail merge feature. I was skeptical at first, but it ended up being simple to use and as high quality as if it had been done right in Word. And of course they handled the mailing. Truly one of my favorite companies. And their support team was unbelievably helpful as well!
