The night sweats have gone away. I sleep through the night

I find my Rx was to strong. My face broke out into painful cystic acne. I've cut back how often I use this medication to 3-4 times a week and my skin is much better.

I'm on month 3 of using Oestra and so happy with his I feel and look! I am 44 and was really struggling with perimenopause symptoms that included severe migraines, PMDD, night sweats, hair thinning, and daytime fatigue.
