I had an issue where the wallet I ordered wasn't what a expected. I contacted customer service and was given multiple options. I chose to exchange and after sending it arring back with them on Friday, my replacement arrived this morning (on Monday) so very impressed with the quality of the items and the excellent customer service. Cannot recommend Yoshi enough!

Lovely leateher card holder I bought to cards on holiiday. Would have been even better if it came with a fabric holder, the same as a previous one I bought, to protect the 'Bookworm' design that is slightly raised.
