I had to leave about 4 phone calls (which were never returned) and email several times before the batting gloves were mailed to me… and it was annoying to pay shipping and handling on gloves after I didn’t 400 on the bat in store? This was after the web registration to receive the batting gloves never sent a follow up email as promised… ie a rough experience.
