A superb bag

I did quite a bit of research on line before deciding on which suitcase to buy. When it arrived it was exactly what I was looking for, for my Christmas trip to Australia. Therefore not used as yet.

Great quality

.

I ordered two items and was very pleased with the first one. Unfortunately, I got the measurements wrong for the second one and had to return it. The return process was smooth and hassle-free, and I received my refund promptly. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely order again.
