I can't comment on the quality of the case until I've owned it for a few months and it's taken a few bashes. It certainly looks good!

I bought the £192 flightcase for my 21.5 iMac. When I received the item I noticed that the case was wider than advertised. After long and hard chats with members of staff I finally found out that in the LITE model the iMac is positioned horizontally whereas in the £239 model it is positioned vertically. This is not clear on the website . I tried to swap models but the company had made a delivery mistake before and I had to make sure that I had my case before moving to Asia so I gave up. Now I’m stuck with a case that is difficult to manoeuvre. So good product as a whole but poor communication.

Totally let down by the delivery service. Already late for Christmas, the driver arrived and then drove off. Still haven't got the case to review it. Will it turn up this week?

Idea is brilliant. Customer service poor. My order has been delayed without letting me know. After 3 weeks from the order I still don't know delivery date!!!!
