I have recently just completed this course. It was done virtually and the trainer Laura was exceptional. She had a great talent of reading the room and also ensuring collaboration. she kept everyone inspired. Her teaching skills where second to none.

The best two day course i have been on. The learning material was well prepared and the training session was the perfect balance of knowledge and interaction. I would definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed the course - it was informative and learning was mostly done through conversation and activities which made two long days feel much shorter and very engaging. Dot was great!
