The product overall is great. I wish customer service was a little better or easier to get a hold of. Sent a customer service request (as you can’t call) RIGHT after I ordered to see if I could size up and no one answered me. It’s now been a few weeks, I’ve received the product and still no response from customer service.

I had a wonderful shopping experience with Reima! The ordering process was simple and straightforward, and I’m very impressed with the quality of their products. The winter coat is beautiful, well made, and exactly what I was looking for to keep my daughter warm during our Canadian winters. I would definitely purchase from Reima again and highly recommend them!
