Extremely happy. Came out perfect

This is the third Reggio register (so far) as we renovate our home. Quality and workmanship is outstanding. There was a minor software problem at the time of ordering on-line (one feature failed to load, did not show in the order and was not included in the cost). The problem was solved with one phone call, with the addition of follow-up to ensure that the fix flowed throughout shipping and delivery. Simply put, good old fashioned customer service.

Very good product. I forgot to put promo code in for first time purchase of 10% off. They gave me a refund of 10% off purchase after I had received my product. Great experience.
