⸻ I have to admit, I was curious whether chicken from Pasture Bird could truly taste different than what I usually pick up from the grocery store or even my upscale butcher. Well—wow. What a revelation! I ordered the boneless thighs with the skin on, and the moment they came out of the pan I knew something was different. The skin crisped beautifully—light, golden, and delightfully delicate—while the meat underneath was rich, flavorful, and clean. There was none of that excess fat or heaviness you sometimes get; just pure, exceptional quality. I can honestly say I’m converted. This is the kind of chicken you look forward to cooking—and savor every bite of. Highly recommend. I’m officially never buying chicken anywhere else.
