Good wheels at a very good price, delivery was at a fast time.

the part does not fit . need capless type do not have box to ship in can it be done with out original box

My product was NOT Shipped with other parts, as it was apparently not at the warehouse they sent the initial order to. But I had to wait until Monday to attempt contact for a reason and update. Phone calls and voicemail were completely useless. An email finally got a surprisingly fast response and turn around. But still took an entire week to get the product in hand. All the while my truck sat dead in the water.

My part shipped quickly and was “delivered”. However, I have never found it. Said it was left at my gate but in looking at my security cameras, no delivery truck ever arrived. I have emailed and called customer service to begin a claim with UPS, but no one has responded.

They sent the wrong parts. I’ve been trying to resolve a return for weeks. Phone calls, emails. I’m in my seventies. I’ve owned dozens of cars, trucks and bikes. Never have I experienced this kind of service ordering parts. Won’t be using them again and you shouldn’t either!
