I thought the product would arrive sooner as I thought it was coming from California. Product arrived in 7 working days from New Jersey. Arrived in good shape and was exactly what I wanted. I had trouble activating the license. I sent an email to sales at around 8:00pm MST. Wow, I got a response within 5 minutes. Tried 2 ways to activate as suggested that failed. Third try it went. Amazing to have any support call back so promptly.
