We were in a pickle because the original order shipped USPS and would not arrive in time for the communications down time we had scheduled. They expedited a duplicate order out to us at no charge and we returned the original order when it came in. Had no issues at all and our patients were able to call when needed.

Very well, excellent service, excellent attention and very helpful with the programming and configuration, the system was sent to us ready to use, they did all the configuration and work for us!.

It is a great call system and is easy to set up and add call buttons. The price is awesome for what you receive. It is also easy for residents to use.

Customer Service was amazing !

We received excellent customer service when our package was not delivered. We contacted customer service, they found our package for us (the post office made a mistake), and followed up to make sure that we were able to get our order. Will def order from again. Highly recommended!
