Got here fast and brought it to my mechanic. He proceeds to tell me it was the wiper that was damaged not the arm . . . Can I return it ?

I purchased a hood protector for our new 2026 Murano thinking it would be like any other hood protector I’ve bought for cars in the past. I received the item and honestly thought they had forgotten to put the item in and just sent me the template to mark out how to install it. After doing some research and finally locating the website that had the instructions, I realized this was the complete product. It was Just an extra large flimsy screen protector to me. I’m sure it added some protection but I was looking for more like a piece of actual plastic or acrylic. Plus, the added instructions recommended dealer installation which was also never mentioned in the description. It seemed like an I-phone screen protector that you had to lay out and squeegee out any air bubbles ( squeegee included ). With my luck when trying to put on a bubble free screen protector and messing up a $143 “screen protector”, I opted just to return the item and cut my loses after shipping and restocking fee. The good part of this story is that MyNISSANpart. com promptly credited my card and all is well. They were a pleasure to deal with hence the 5 star review. Sorry so lengthy, but I just didn’t want people thinking there were getting a actual piece of plastic material with easy installation
