Didn't get the screws to attach the handle. We had some that worked.

I specified custom options for a new dolly. I was surprised by the 3-day lead time, but when the box arrived, everything was there. The online video assembly instructions were much more helpful than the paper instructions. It took a little more than an hour to assemble. The first task was to load a 26' truck floor to ceiling, front to back, to move the contents of my house to another state. It performed great. It was nimble and tough. I was happy with its performance.

I’ve had it since 2002. Replaced the smaller wheels once. I don’t use it for work every day but I still use it and it will outlive me.

Excellent
