I absolutely love this new dress from Kiyonna. I looked and looked for a dress to wear to my nephew's wedding. I love the look and feel of the dress. It's fancy - not overly fancy. It hangs very nicely. I wanted to know the best way to tie the dress, and their customer service sent me a video of the best way to tie the dress - I was amazed! The first dress I ordered was damaged by the delivery company. I emailed Kiyonna, and a very helpful customer service team member immediately ordered a new one and sent a label allowing me to return the first dress at no cost to me. Love the dress and appreciate the service!
