What is the cancer warning on the package about?

I tried teriyaki, original and wahoo citrus. I enjoyed all flavors. I was surprised that there is no “fishy” smell at all. Kaimana is making great jerky and people (especially hesitating because of fish!) should try their healthy alternative snacks.
