I did not receive me juul starter kit and Yodel will not reply to my phone calls

They never turned up. Said they was delivered in my name, however they wasn't. Very unhappy with the service. I paid 13 pounds for nothing.

very disappointed with your service as the Juul never arrived and I made many complaints trying to find a solution for the issue but the only feedback I got “we’ll call you back after doing an investigation”. I’m very frustrated as its been two weeks now since I ordered! dissapointing

Not arrived paid for quicker delivery. Also reduced by 10 pounds from ordering time.
