The only protein shake I'll consider
I have multiple food sensitivities and finding a protein shake that works for me has been a long, frustrating journey. I avoid gluten, seed oils, and I'm very particular about sweeteners — and most brands, even the ones marketed as "clean," end up compensating with other ingredients I don't want either.
Just Ingredients is different. It actually lives up to its name. This is the only protein shake I've tried that doesn't leave me feeling bloated — and I've tried a lot of them. The sweetener is present but not overpowering, which is exactly what I want. It doesn't taste like a chemistry experiment - and I've tried all the flavors.
What I appreciate most is that the brand doesn't play the substitution game — where removing one bad ingredient just means adding three others you have to look up. The ingredient list is clean, straightforward, and easy to trust.
