Great telephonic service and cool feature to have a recommended size based off your body’s dimensions. However, it’s stupid if the sizing feature recommends an “xs” if the smallest size on the website is a “small”. In addition if they know that an item is running big, they should either offer an “xs” or allow for a custom “xs” to be ordered.

Fast and good shipping. Return was also very easy to do.
