The jacket arrived just a few days after I‘ve placed the order. They always sent you an email about the status. I‘ve ordered two jackets because I wasn‘t sure about the size so I had to send back one of them. That worked very easy and just a couple of days later I got the information that my jacket was returned and I got the money back immediately
