Flooring Superstore

We had a great experience with Flooring Superstore for our new carpets. Monika was brilliant from the start, patiently answering all our questions while we did our research (we got three or four quotes elsewhere first, but Flooring Superstore was the best match for what we needed). We were able to get samples sent out, then go into store to talk through our specific requirements, including having cats, kids, and wanting a balance of durability & aesthetic. She helped us find exactly the right carpet for that. Ian then came to do the measurements and was really efficient in working out how to use the carpet with minimal waste, and was just as helpful answering our questions. Ian and Grant did the fitting, and we were genuinely impressed. We expected it to take three days but it was done in under a day and a half. The whole process of moving furniture in and out of rooms was handled smoothly, and Ian even sorted out some squeaky floorboards for us that weren't technically part of the job. Couldn't be happier with the result and the service throughout. Highly recommend. Will be using for our hard floors downstairs once the savings pot is filled again!
