I have loved having First Book Marketplace as a resource. I appreciate having access to such great quality, diverse books at affordable prices. Because I often need to buy quite a few books at once, I usually need to wait until you are able to offer a promo code in your email. Those discounts help tremendously in keeping in my book budget. I have also benefitted from buying from your book bank and look forward to see new titles as they come in. I would love the option of having multiple wish lists, so that I can save titles in categories. I will say that one aspect of your website that is extremely difficult is the lag and slow action when editing in your cart. The process when deleting items when they are no longer available or adding them to your wishlist has a delay and can really drag your process when you have many items in your cart. Other than that, your service and shipping are wonderful and I have enjoyed all my purchases tremendously and will continue buying books through you. Thank you for all that you do!

This site has been a wonderful resource for teaching young children. I work in Early Intervention and it has helped provide a few more affordable books to have on hand. It would be great to find a few more classics for young children.
