Easy way to make a purchase

1st set was delivered quickly within a few days after the purchase. Unfortunately, the pair stopped working after 3 days. Left bud had no sound, no power, no charging either. I received several requests for troubleshooting steps from Devialet service rep but the tests couldn’t solve the issue. They decided to exchange the pair for a new pair. I’ve received the new pair in a week and could enjoy them again. High notes sound crisp, low notes have powerful vibe (has become more natural sound than Gemini 1) and mid for vocal is awesome!! Love it. Especially fitting became so nice!! They are lightweight which helps the fit feel so good. Very comfortable and no worry about testing other ear pieces from after market. No problem with the ear piece from OEM. No drop, no noise leak and so comfortable.. I’m so happy with this instrument. Devialet solved all issues Gemini 1 had. Gemini 2 has good comfort, better design, seemless usage and lovely sound.
