I don't know how to rate this. I bought two. Once for myself and one for my son. I gave it to him for Christmas. In both November and December he fell ill with RSV. He didn't have the Copper Zap at either time, so it didn't do him any good. As for myself, which I'm giving the rating, I have a lot of sinus drainage. I use it at night before bed. By the time I'm ready for bed, my nose has essentially stopped running enough so I can sleep. I recently had brain surgery and use its wider part on the incision to help with infection The doctor now has to replace the infected bone with a prosthetic one. He has told me they will put in a mesh titanium to cover it. I wish copper could be used, but it's too soft for this procedure. Copper is a natural bacteria killer.

Copper Zap have kept us free from all colds and flu this year. I highly recommend this product to prevent any illness.
