I love this blow dryer! Had it for a year and sometimes it has you do a self clean. So a few weeks ago it needed me to do a self clean on it. The way you do this is holding the speed and heat buttons down. The speed button randomly stopped working, making the blow dryer unusable. I literally couldn’t turn it on. But I had the warranty on it, and after I filled out the form and sent it in I got a brand new fully functional blow dryer back in a week! Really good customer service. I’m going the button breaking was just a fluke!

I submitted a warranty claim and got helped efficiently and received a new product in good timing
