We have had a couple of times where glass syrups have broken in transit (no fault to the packaging, our mail carrier notoriously throws any and every package) and the response time from customer service with shipping details of new syrups was literally within minutes of us reaching out! We will continue to purchase through you all, even if the prices were higher, because your customer service is top notch!
