Everything worked great as it came in the box. The only thing I would have liked differently is the nuts for the wheels. If they were more durable or made of metal it would have been much nicer to work with. Yes, the majority of parts can be accessed without removing the wheels, but for the parts where they do interfere the plastic of the wheel nut just isn't that durable. As far as service and shipping it is all really good. Shipping was fast.
