I absolutely love Artisans products and the customer service! I refuse to go anywhere else. Anytime I am in the DFW area, I stop by the store off of O'Connor in Irving b/c they have been super helpful and customer friendly. The service I have received at their store sealed the deal in that once I moved from the DFW area, I still order my products from Artisan via their online store. However, for the smoking units, a more detailed description of the units would be helpful when choosing a new unit to purchase. Also, if their site was set up where the recommended products that match the unit (i.e. filters, batteries and tanks that are specifically made to used with that unit) would be helpful too.

Great shop, especially for mods, tanks, and RDAs. Gotten every mod I've ever bought from ArtisanVapor, and always had great service. All staff is friendly, and always give me a good deal. The $50-credit after every $500 spent is a huge bonus. Their liquid selection is fantastic, with dozens of Artisan-brand flavors, including the ArtisanVapor Cloud Line (Abominable Snowman is delicious), as well as premium liquids like Space Jam and Longhorn. My first and only choice for equipment/juice outside of online vendors. Check this place out; you won't be sorry!
