I'm using the neck and chest patches before bed. I can definitely see a difference, the neck in particular. I was surprised just how much of a difference! I would say, it's super important to wash after every use, using the silicone patch cleanser, to ensure you get the most out of the patches, l also make sure my skin is completely clean and dry.
