absolutely incredible service long time repeat customer

I found the sales team easy to deal with. Our first unit was defective so it had to be returned. Customer service was good about arranging the return. As for the shipping department for the defective unit, we weren't thrilled with the service. Woodland Mills need to fix that department. It would have been a perfect experience if the return shipping was made easier.
