Service was excellent - while they couldn't offer any promotional deals outside of the window in which they were generally offered, communication was clear and consistent. Shipping time was reasonable, and the chipper arrived in a robust shipping container that is framed inside angle-iron.

Picked up our HM130MAX while Woodland Mills was having a demo day. They were great to deal with and provided a lot of information and answered questions about their products. We only have about 10 hours on the mill but are very happy with it.
