Love this machine. I am using your recommended Lavazza Super Crema beans and have programmed my Cappuccino button to draw up 1/2 cup of whole (3%) milk. Then when the cappucino cycle is done I push the espresso button for the perfect strength. Delicious and for those doing weight watchers, this is a 3 point delicious Latte. Cleaning the machine is straight forward and I love all the videos your company provides to help you along the way. I bought the model because of the easy access to the water tank from the front. This machine does an automated flush at start up and shutdown so it is nice to have easy access for refilling.
