The pen is a pure beauty and very elegant! The size is perfect - the weight is so light! Most of all I am very impressed by the colour! It is a very special red, exactly as I wished and imagined! To touch the Urushi laquer, the surface of the pen is stunning and beautiful! The steel nib writes soft and smooth! What else makes me very happy is the fact, that with my purchase I support your local artisans and craftsmen! Next to the beauty of the pen, this was one of the reason to buy a Wancher pen! The other highlights were the pen box (the artwork on it!), the pen Kimono and the little stickers! One of the most beautiful pen boxes I own!
