Hit or miss
Wancher's products are generally very inconsistent in quality depending on who they asked to make them. The 1xOnexWan lines like the Puchico and Pochaco have better fit, finish, and function than many of their other lines. The Dream Pen and Kaleido lines tend to be more poor quality in both design and execution. I would get the Sailor made pens without any hesitation because they are very nice. Wancher does not generally revise their products much based on feedback. For example, the screw holding the cap of the Puchico together still rusts when exposed to ink. All of my Puchico have a 316 stainless screw in there now, and there is no more rusting problems. The Puchico nibs also lose their plating after some time. Mine have all lost their gold plating. It rubbed and peeled off. The Kaleido has a really poorly made medallion on the top of the cap. Mine had plating flaking off and very rough engraving, and even the pictures of the new Kaleido show this bad plating and rough engraving. It also required in some cases 5 turns to remove the cap which is too much. The Dream pen and Kaleido also have this inner cap system that has a spring that often clicks and pings as you twist the cap open and closed. There is also the Dream Pen Celluloid which has defects on the end of the barrel I have never seen on other Japanese pens using a roll up method for celluloid. The band on the barrel of the pen is often crooked, and the threading of the cap is very rough. Titanium threads in general tend to be very rough, and as a result I don't recommend them for cap threads. Regular ebonite or plastic threads are a lot more reliable and much smoother.
All of these things are things I've told Wancher customer support and provided pictures. They give some store credit and coupons, but the problem is not resolved for other customers. When you contact customer service, replies are not consistent. Sometimes there is no reply. Sometimes there is a reply but it is very late, and sometimes there is a very quick reply. Because of all of these problems and inconsistencies, it is very hard for me to recommend Wancher. Their only pens that I really like from them and can recommend are the Puchico and the Sailor made pens. The Pochaco has a large metal piece in the cap that can corrode when you expose it to ink. At least with the Puchico you can replace the screw and not have any worries.
